His background includes in-depth technology experience in Enterprise Networking, Security, Systems and Database Administration and Application Development. As a serial entrepreneur and founder of two successful consulting companies, he embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Ramessys. Tod’s vision for a company focused on Enterprise Rights Management was the basis for creating Ramessys and rms:anywhere™.

As the founder of a successful IT consulting business, Stewart’s 20 years of Business experience and Information Technology knowledge drive his passion for excellence and commitment to providing services and products to his customers. Stewart recognized the opportunity offered by an innovative cybersecurity technology in an emerging space that ultimately provides the ideal data protection solution — persistent protection of the digital assets themselves. With his strong history of business development, Stewart brings process, discipline, and solid strategies for growth that will enable Ramessys to become a leader in Enterprise Rights Management.

GREG LANE
STRATEGIC ADVISOR AND DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

As a former Chief Information Officer of the Chemours company, Greg brings a specific expertise in understanding both the challenges faced by Fortune 500 companies in protecting their digital information assets and the need to leverage leading technologies in the security space to prevent loss of strategic information assets and to ensure compliance with various regulations governing the propagation and use of sensitive information. Prior to leading Chemours Information Technology discipline, Greg also spent 15 years as a technology management leader in the DuPont Company, where Chemours originated.

MIKE PARRY
STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Mike is a retired senior manager of international technology services for companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank One, Wingspan Bank, and First USA Bank where, for each, he provided strategic leadership in roles such as CIO, CTO, and Chief Technology Auditor. In retirement, Mike continues to pursue his many interests including photography, aviation (he owns two general aviation aircraft), and golf.  Mike is also a Trustee and Board Member for the Delaware Aviation Hall of Fame, a Board Member of his golf club. and Communications Director for an aviation group.
